All reports, evidence, and work product delivered to clients remain the intellectual property of GLI Elite Intelligence until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for lawful purposes related to their case. We retain copies of all case files in accordance with Florida state regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLI Elite Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services.
